Terms & Conditions of Payment

1. Payment Authorization

By clicking "Proceed to Pay," you authorize the Irshadul Anam Jamaath Committee (IAJC) to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount. You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment account used.

2. Member Identification

It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide the correct Member ID and Mobile Number. IAJC shall not be held liable for payments credited to the wrong account due to user entry errors.

3. Transaction Security

All online transactions are processed through secure 256-bit encrypted gateways. IAJC does not store or see your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking credentials.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Masavari): As these are monthly contributions toward community welfare and educational services, they are non-refundable once the transaction is successful.

Technical Errors: In the event of a double deduction or a failed transaction where the amount was deducted but not credited, users must notify mail@iajc.in with the Transaction ID within 7 working days for a reconciliation.

5. Privacy of Data

Information collected (Name, ID, Mobile) is used strictly for internal auditing and community communication. Your details will never be sold or shared with third-party marketing agencies.

6. Modifications

IAJC reserves the right to modify subscription fees or these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of any such changes.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this payment portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.
